Foodie Friday: Skinny & Sweet Shish Kebabs

Welcome to the weekend, Mieuxs! This week’s Foodie Friday pick is a skinny, fruity take on shish kebabs, which I originally found on  The Skinny Confidential, which happens to be one of my favorite reads! These kebabs were featured in a post from personal trainer/model Dominique Le Toullec, so not only are they healthy, but they’re also super cute and couldn’t be easier to make! Sounds good, right? It totally is! Plus…

1. It’s incredibly simple. This isn’t really “cooking” as much as it is “arranging” – my favorite.

2. You only need 3 or 4 ingredients (and you probably already have them in your fridge.)

3. It’s the perfect bikini-friendly summer treat!

…Here’s the how-to!

Skinny & Sweet Shish Kebabs

Greek yogurt

Fresh blueberries

Cinnamon

Optional: Brown sugar to taste, for sweetness

Tools:

Wooden skewers

Directions:

Place blueberries on skewers.

Roll blueberry sticks in yogurt, making sure to get a thick coating.

Evenly coat each stick with a sprinkling of cinnamon (or cinnamon/sugar mixture.)

Place in the freezer for 1 hour…Then, ENJOY!
