My family and I have a long rendezvous with Ralph Lauren. It started with my Dad, who has just about every Polo shirt ever created since the brand first started in 1967. Then my mom introduced me to the shopping experience, and now its trickling into my baby brother’s wardrobe. By the time I realized what Ralph Lauren even was, there was no escaping it. I love the classic look of a Polo button down, dark jeans, and brown belt. I love the subtle aire of American style the brand portrays. In truth, I cannot not love Polo. We even named our puppy “Polo”. And though the brand might seem saturated, overdone, or outdated, I’ll continue to wear it because Polo is a reminder of my childhood.
Are there any particular brands or clothes that are a part of your childhood? We’d love to hear! Be sure to drop us a comment!
